LIVE INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Our leadership coaches are ready to support you through each step to make the certification as easy, enjoyable and effective as possible. You’ll have 3 x 30-minute one-on-one coaching calls at whatever times work for you. 

SELF PACED TRAINING VIDEOS

Improve your psychosocial safety knowledge and skills with six immersive hours of recorded training videos that will help you to: Assess psychosocial hazards (Module 1); Master the art of psychologically safe conversations (Module 2); Experiment with care controls to minimize risks in your teams and workplace (Module 3); and Map existing psychosocial safety gaps in your current approaches (Module 4). 

EVIDENCE-BASED TOOLKIT

A wealth of ‘done-for-you’ psychosocial safety tools and resources, including assessment tools, checklists, posters, playbooks, cheat sheets, and conversation guides to share and customize as you wish.  

REAL WORLD IMPACT PROJECT

To ensure you can bridge the gap between theory and practice, you’ll immediately apply what you’ve learned in a small impact project to improve psychosocial safety in your team or workplace.  

All our materials are provided in easy-to-share formats for your leaders to use with the teams. 

You’ll have six months to complete the ten hours of training at the pace that works for you.
