I’m a best-selling author, wellbeing teacher and playful change activator who is passionate about translating cutting-edge research from positive psychology and neuroscience, into practical strategies for health, happiness, and business success. I’m a born and raised Aussie chick who’s hunger for new adventures have seen me call London and New York home as I travelled the world in my leadership role with PwC trying to bring out the best in more than 150,000 employees across 60 different countries. I’m endlessly curious about how our brains work and spend every moment I can reading, writing, teaching and finding ways to practically apply what researchers are discovering to improve and maintain our wellbeing. Fortunately, my crazy dreams are supported by the world’s most awesome virtual team and I couldn’t deliver any of what you’re about to enjoy without them courage and willingness to play alongside me.
My go-to jolt of joy is singing at the top of my lungs to bad 80s music (it’s not pretty!) I feel blessed to have had opportunities to learn at the feet of masters like Martin Seligman, David Cooperrider and Jim Stynes. I’m also the proud wife of one very patient man (Patrick), mum to two beautiful boys (Charlie and Jamie) and early morning beach running buddy to one very demanding dog (Sebastian).
