Are you passionate about helping people, teams or entire organizations, schools and communities to navigate disruption more confidently?

Do you wish you had a network of positive change leaders you could learn from, grow with and be mentored and supported by, as you work to make change happen?

Perhaps you’ve:

  • Struggled to win the buy-in of your stakeholders or win over your cynics, even when you’ve done everything right.
  • Found that helping people to create truly meaningful change is challenging, even when you have a whole toolkit of positive psychology tools to draw upon.
  • Discovered that gaining commitment rather than just compliance for change is difficult, even when you’ve been using the best organizational development or change management tools
  • Uncovered that complex, adaptive systems like people, teams and organizations are messy and dynamic, no matter how much leaders try to control or manage them.
  • Learned a bit about Appreciative Inquiry and realized you need more training to confidently leverage this powerful change approach, particularly on the psychology and neuroscience of this methodology.
  • Realized that it’s lonely on the cutting edge of leading change, even when things aren’t going too badly.

Here’s the good news: after many, many requests to teach people both the theory and practice of creating positive changes that enables people, teams, and systems to thrive, we’ve done it.

It’s called the Certificate In Creating Positive Change.

Starting on March 18th (AEST) 2021, running for 13 weeks, with a 90-minute live, online class every week, you’ll get all the tools, resources and support you need to:

  • Make the science of positive change accessible and actionable to people by teaching them to create tiny change habits that amplify their capabilities, confidence and commitment to navigate the messy reality of change.
  • Design psychologically safe coaching conversations for groups to more effectively, joyfully and sustainably co-create positive changes with even the most cynical and reluctant people
  • Build thriving workplaces, schools and communities by taking a strengths-based, appreciative inquiry approach to creating positive changes that fuel belonging, bolster resilience and improve outcomes.

Here’s How The Certificate Works:

Each week you’ll attend a live 90-minute class. − We know this is a time commitment but there are so many great things we can give you to help you create more positive change in the world.

All classes are recorded − If you want to go back at your own pace, or you can’t make it to the live class one week, then you’ll have the recording which is yours to keep.

Cheat sheets and challenges are available – To help you transfer your learning into the real world, we’ll provide a cheat sheet summarizing the key content and a weekly practical positive change challenge, so you can immediately apply what you’re learning.

Accountability is strongly encouraged – We know creating change can be hard – even when its positive change – so we’ll be checking in at the start of each call on your experience with your positive change challenge to help you maximize the value of this program.

A Positive Change Toolbox is built – Throughout the training, we’ll be giving you a range of tools to help you craft generative topics, ask appreciative questions, hold strengths-focused coaching conversations, and design appreciative inquiry workshops and summits, to name just a few.

Support is ongoing – To keep us connected and accountable between sessions, you’ll have access to a private area to ask questions, share inspiration and seek support throughout the training program.

A certificate is awarded – Attend the classes and complete the challenges and we’ll provide you with a certificate for participation at the end of the program.
