Hi, I’m Michelle McQuaid, and these days I’m a best-selling author, workplace wellbeing teacher, and playful change activator who works with organizations and schools around the world to help people and teams thrive.

But it wasn’t always this way.

A few years later, an independent assessment of our programs by the University of Melbourne found that more than 91% of our workshop participants were confident they could apply the knowledge and skills they learnt, and 98% recommended our programs to their peers. Phew!

But how could we share what we learned, to help more people truly thrive at work?

It was clear that one practitioner alone could never meet the growing need for helping people to improve their wellbeing at work.
